Brian Flowers, candidate for Congress in Mississippi’s Second District will work to make America great again by re-establishing State sovereignty, an organic principle of government emanating from the letter and spirit of the U.S. Constitution. Many Congressmen, State officials, and private organizations have been working toward that goal for many years. Send Brian to Congress so he can help them!

In his book, Nullification, Clyde N. Wilson, history professor emeritus at the University of South Carolina, explains the nature State sovereignty. His book is easy to read, and the subjects addressed therein are an essential part of any realistic plan to make America great again. Consider the following excerpts:

The people, acting through their natural polities, the States, had created and given authority to the Constitution of the United States. The Constitution conferred powers on a general government to handle certain specified matters that were common the “general welfare” of all the States. That government was an agent. It could not be the judge of its own powers. To allow it to be so would mean nothing less than a government of unlimited power, a tyranny. The partners to the Constitution,… the States, were the final judges of what they had intended the Constitution to mean. When the general government exceeded its power, it was the right and duty of the State to interpose its authority and defend its people from federal acts of tyranny—yes, to render a federal law inoperative in the State’s jurisdiction. …

There is not the least doubt in the mind of any HONEST person who has studied the record, that the preponderance of people who framed and ratified the Constitution intended to form a more perfect Union “for the United States of America,” not to establish… a sovereign national power [emphasis added]. This understanding was reemphasized in the first Ten Amendments, clearly stipulated restrictions on the powers of the central apparatus. The understanding was sealed in concrete, so people mistakenly believed…

THE REAL U.S.CONSTITUTION… does not permit judges to be its final interpreters. It does not authorise [sic] executive orders, coercion of the people of a State by the federal government, delegation of control of the currency to a private banking cartel, the subsidy of private groups and persons, or calling the militia to active service except in case of invasion or rebellion and at the request of [a] State. …
Yet the people still have the capacity to exercise power through their indestructible States. State rights is merely an institutional aspect of the primary right of self-government.

Those who deny State Sovereignty are either ignorant, misled, or attempting to mislead you. The prime reason for misleading people is to take advantage of them– to exploit them, just like any scammer routinely does.

Brian Flowers isn’t scamming you. If he was, he would not even mention State Sovereignty at a time when probably 80% of the voters in the Second District have no idea what the term means, much less how it would enhance freedom, morality, and everyone’s potential for financial success.

Help Brian Flowers stop the scammers.  Share the articles on this website through e-mail and social media, donate time and money, shop the patriot store.  With nothing to lose and everything to gain, let’s make a change in the Second District of Mississippi.  Send Flowers to Congress– Brian Flowers, that is.
